Personal training 

  • Training is provided in your choice of location, weather it be in the studio, your place, or the great outdoors.
  • We offer expert advice on physical activity, nutrition, rehab, weight loss and life balance.
  • Our fees are $70 per 50 minute session or $45 for 30 minutes and can be paid via direct credit or you can be billed monthly

Mentoring

  • With over 12 years in the fitness industry, Cher has a wealth of knowledge to share.
  • Her teaching style is hands on so you will be practicing what you learn during your sessions.
  • Cher offers text, email and phone support to all her mentees and can do Skype appointments making it easier for you to get the knowledge you desire from anywhere in the world.

On the advice from Cher, I kept my exercise very easy at the start with walking being the mode of choice.
We males tend to go hard out when we decide to get fit and loose weight as I have in the past and all we end up doing is having injury issues and then the exercise stops and hence the weight loss plan falls by the wayside. I have now progressed into some more hard out style exercise (Mountain Biking 3- 4 hour rides) which is now so much easier as you can imagine without that extra 25kg. –Hamish Gillespie
